Actall Corporation has been a leader in the manufacturing and deployment of wireless alarm system since 1991. That expertise has grown substantially since our inception, giving rise to our Personal Mobile Alarm devices and systems, installed in hundreds of facilities throughout the world. While our core expertise remains in the Justice and Correctional sector, this product line has been installed with numerous Health Care, Manufacturing and Transportation clientele. We are now undergoing an a further expansion of our safety expertise to open our product offerings beyond the wireless alarm core.
Actall will continue to develop its core technology, the PALS 9000 Personal Duress Alarm System, releasing feature upgrades to the Version 5 family of Crisis Controller and interface improvements to third party systems and software. We have recently undertaken the design phase of upgrading our hardware platform and expect to introduce a new family of transmitters in 2010. With the growth of our core technology groups, we have increased our manufacturing capacity at our Denver plant and currently offer our manufacturing, assembly and engineering expertise out to third parties on a contract basis.
